Awesome workout. Still crazy but nowhere near as crazy as yesterday’s Plyometrics Cardio Circuit. I was expecting more resistance exercises in terms of upper body strength but there was about one set of exercises for each muscle group: moving pushups for the chest, tricep dips for the arms, pike presses for the shoulders ( forgot what they called it here ), and a lot of squats which of course works the legs. Nonetheless, this an intense workout but easier than P.C.C. Maybe it’s because I’m already stronger from yesterday 😛
Tomorrow is Cardio Recovery which sounds like it’s gonna be a lot easier but I’ll find out.
