A nice needed break from the usual cardio craziness. This routine is very short at about 30 minutes. It incorporates a lot of controlled stretches, lunges, and squats. A lot of these are yoga postures which is great because I want to continue on with doing yoga whether I’m in a workout program or not. I don’t think this is as great as P90X’s Yoga X as it really fast paced and doesn’t work everything but it’s beneficial enough to recover from the insane workouts.
Tomorrow I resume with Pure Cardio which from what I hear is non-stop cardio with no rest in between. INSANE!
